An intensive 4-days design sprint clinic which aims to equip participants with service design tools and design blueprint to foster creativity, collaboration and practical problem-solving in the context of service design for the global community (esp via digital technologies).

The key objectives are as follows:
Problem Framing and Exploration: To understand the customer journey and define the problem space definition
Ideation and Solution Generation: To make the design challenge via ideating on service designing and basic of service testing
Designing the Blueprint: Service Envisioning and Integration
